I ordered the Reuben sandwich and my husband ordered the chicken. It was the best sandwich I've ever eaten. Everything is fresh made. Down to the pickle on the side. You can buy a loaf of their homemade bread. It was a great place.
Had a great post-hike dinner here: very flavorful vegetable stew and bread (the Earth Plate) and a nice herby half roast chicken with a little mac & cheese and corn on the cob. Sweetly decorated dining room. We'll definitely be back.
Awesome food, great experience. Must try as many items as you can. I had the chicken salad sandwich, with chips and fries and pickles, all of which was delicious. Very friendly owner/manager, with helpful recommendations.
Cute cafe, okay service and food. Just had breakfast there with a party of six. I have always said that it is hard to mess up breakfast. Sadly, I find that I am mistaken. Breakfast food (eggs and sausage) on paper in a basket is sub-optimal. Mine was luke warm and I was very underwhelmed. One in our group was delighted with her oatmeal raisins and nuts though. Kudos there! In fairness, i did not speak to management so no chance for them to rectify.
This food is WOW! Really delicious local fare. Meaty and veggie options. Homemade bread for sale and used on their sandwiches, homemade pickles and chips. Baked good look great, but we had the chocolate muffins and they were disappointing.
